Pricing and Availability
Placing an order through the app or website does not necessarily assure that the order will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion. Once an order and authorization of payment are received your order will be accepted and prepared for pickup or delivery (if available).
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, delivery fees, and other applicable charges) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be canceled.
While we strive to keep our customers satisfied, we encourage customers that are not satisfied to contact us at the location from which the order was placed and discuss the matter with an on-duty manager within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of the on-duty manager and other authorized staff.
We may, from time to time, notify you of various promotions and marketing activities using information that we have collected from you. We may also use your information to keep you updated on the progress of your order. We do not share your private information with any third party, with the exception of 3rd parties that are required to fulfill your order (ie. Delivery services, credit card processors).
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as name, email address, credit card data, etc), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
